Organizing Council
Members and charges of Sordevolo Popular Theatre Association Organizing Council
It is composed by 17 members elected by Association's partners and stays in office for 5 years, with the operative assignment of staging the "Passion of Christ".
President, Vice-President, Appointee to Events (Director), Secretary and Treasurer are designated among Council's members. In sight of Passion performance, the Council gets organized in a number of sectors: each of them performs one specific task and refers to a person in charge, as follows:
- "Promo" sector: it organizes event promotion, through contacts with travel agencies, etc.
- "Show" sector: it is engaged in performance organization (direction, casting, rehearsals).
- "Amphitheatre" sector: it is engaged in scenery setting and amphitheatre management.
- "Supplies and services" sector: it is engaged in supplying costumes and sets and in organizing all supplies and services concerning the Representation.
